We love Sunriver and all the outdoor activities it offers to families. Our family enjoys vacationing together but more importantly, relaxing in comfort. Hotels offer cookie cutter rooms but when it comes to feeling at home, a small room even in an expensive hotel never can compare to the feeling of staying in a quality vacation home. When we decided to find a house in Sunriver, we were looking for a nice space for our family and friends to play in this beautiful area. When we saw the Sleepy Bear Lodge, we knew we found the perfect property for our family!
Lots of thought and care went into designing this place. The previous owners invested in upgrading this home into one that is distinctly unique. It went through a complete renovation in 2008, down to the studs and was transformed into what we now call the Sleepy Bear Lodge.
This luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home offers 2 king master suites, queen bedroom, full size bunk bedroom, bonus room and media room (also serving as a 5th bedroom). There is plenty of sleeping for up to 12 guests; with 2,400 square feet of living space, this home is ideal for two families vacationing together or a single family that enjoys having extra room to kick back and lounge in. Everyone will have their own quarters in this well appointed Sunriver vacation spot!
Do you like being in a quiet location? Away from all the crowds or how about away from the train tracks? This home is situated in the desirable north side of Sunriver. Close to the north pool and river loop but quiet enough for those that enjoy privacy and relaxation.
